Executive Chef
Darren Milner, our Executive Chef has been a chef for over 30 years, rising to head chef at the age of 19! Darren started his career in a local leading establishment, where he worked for 22 years. Following that, he went on to run his own restaurant, The Farmers Boy, for a further 11 years.
